We are looking for a Salesforce Business & Functional Analyst to strengthen our Equans Belux Salesforce Expertise!
In this role you are assigned to a specific Product team. You become part of a team of different analysts, architects, developers, SDMs, service coordinators and PL’s. Do you have a thorough Salesforce background, possess good organization skills as well as the ability to interact with the business (analyze new requirements and turn them into good solutions)?
Your mission
- Analyze business users' needs for different projects.
- Work in an agile methodology.
- Bridge the gap between the business and developers.
- Collaborate with teams in different technologies.
- Work with a team of Salesforce experts to determine technical strategies and designs.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce products and capabilities.
- Validate and provide QA for developers' solutions.
- Write test cases and execute tests.
- Document processes, requirements, solutions, and user guides.
- Potentially translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate regularly with the team and stakeholders.

Your profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce technology, including 2 years in an agile environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Azure DevOps, and MS Visio.
- Knowledge of Salesforce System Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service Lighting, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud (a plus).
- Understanding of agile principles.
- Experience in setting up test cases and guiding business during testing.
- Proactive problem solver with a customer-oriented and learning mindset.
- Independent worker who values team success over personal achievements.
- Excellent communication skills, both concise and kind, with good social skills.
- Open to regular mobility across Equans sites in Belgium.
- Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.
